TILT-SHIFT SHED        Whitsett, NC       Project Initiation: June 2016        Construction: June 2016 - December 2016

On a tract of land in the town of Whitsett, NC, an old oak barn clad in steel 5v paneling sits at the crest of a hill overlooking ridges of tilled earth. One day this barn will take on a new life, but for now, something much more utilitarian is required. The stored ephemera from days past which currently reside in its upper loft must find a new home before its transformation can begin. For that reason, an addition to the neighboring shed was envisioned to provide a new home for these relics of prior times as well as the necessary equipment for the maintenance of the grounds.
